Do you have a business idea and are you determined to become self-employed? What you still lack is a business plan to apply for financing or grants or to convince supporters?
In this course we will work out the business plan for your business idea together. We work on the content and wording of all the important points that belong in a business plan and we will develop a basic financial plan that shows how your business idea can be successfully implemented.

- The business idea: offers/ products/ vision (how should the business develop)
- Do my skills match to my business idea? What do I need to make it matching?
- Personal requirements and company organization/ team
- Marketing: Location, target groups and customer benefit, competitors, unique selling proposition (USP), trademark protection
- Market analysis – how and where to get the relevant information
- Legal forms
- Risk assessment (SWOT Analysis)
- Basic financial planning: investment plan, running costs and operating expenses, liquidity plan, capital requirements
- Financing opportunities
