In this course we will work out the business plan for your business idea together. We work on the content and wording of all the important points that belong in a business plan and we will develop a basic financial plan that shows how your business idea can be successfully implemented.

- Market analysis – how and where to get the relevant information
- Legal forms
- Risk assessment (SWOT Analysis)
- Basic financial planning: investment plan, running costs and operating expenses, liquidity plan, capital requirements
- Financing opportunities
