If you have developed a clear and concrete business idea, then it’s time to write a business plan to determine its feasibility and secure funding. A well-conceived and accurate business plan is essential to the success of the entrepreneur, so how do you write a good one?
In this course you will learn from A to Z how to build a business plan that presents your business concept in detail. You will carefully think about your offer, target group, marketing strategy and finances. During the class you will start writing and exchange ideas with the other participants. At the end, each participant will present her final business plan.
What you will learn in this course:
- The essential elements of a comprehensive business plan
- How to write each main component of a successful business plan for your idea
- Develop a detailed financial plan
The course will be held in English.
