Design Thinking is a methodology used to work on a problem or business idea creatively with a focus on the customer. This three-day course will cover the fundamentals of Design Thinking, practical workshop experience applying the Design Thinking process, and learning how to offer Design Thinking in your coaching or consulting practice.
The course content will cover:
- What is Design Thinking and why it is important?
- Deep Dive into the Design Thinking Process
- Using Design Thinking in Practice – working on a real-life challenge facing an organisation, building a team, and setting up a workshop
- Design Thinking Workshop in Practice – defining the problem, empathy mapping, ideation, prototyping and documenting
- Using Design Thinking as a self-employed coach or consultant – understanding the opportunities, accessing resources and networks, and articulating your Design Thinking business idea strategically
This course provides a solid understanding of Design Thinking, practical application insights, and how to offer it in coaching or consulting in your business strategically.
