Movement & Deep Relaxation
for Women Entrepreneurs
As women and as migrant women entrepreneurs we rush through the day and may not be allowing ourselves to take time to relax deeply and rejuvenate.
To celebrate the International Women’s Workers Day we offer a 2 hours workshop where we will learn some basic warm up and qigong movements, followed by deep relaxation and brief sharing.
Let us honor our sacred femininity, our valuable work and feminine power together, in movement and taking care of ourselves.
